Separate reporting, analysis and opinion
Readers must be able to distinguish an established fact, an interpretation and an opinion. A headline never claims more certainty than the evidence provides.
Promotional language and unsupported superlatives are removed or clearly attributed.
Restore archives with context
Historical texts owned by the domain may be restored under the portfolio owner's authorization, with the capture and date documented privately.
No image or binary asset is copied from Archive.org. Rights for authors, photographers, illustrators and quoted people remain subject to separate checks.
Correct without erasing
A factual error can be reported through the contact form. The editorial team checks the report and describes substantial corrections.
A correction request does not guarantee removal or alteration when the published facts remain accurate and sufficiently sourced.
Identify commercial content
Funded content is labelled before reading and kept separate from independent coverage.
An advertiser does not choose the conclusions of an independent article or determine future coverage of its sector.
